The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority is inviting bids from eligible bidders opened to local and international bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Design-Build/Turnkey and Completion of a new Modern Sugar Storage Facility at Riche Terre Industrial Park and the Relocation of Existing Sugar Warehouse from Caudan to Riche Terre Industrial Park. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCIA/IFB/2024/156 3. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Tuesday 20 August 2024 up to 13:30 hours (Mauritian Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 20 August 2024 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritiian Time) till Thursday 22 August 2024 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 5. Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Thursday 22 August 2024 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours in the Conference Room of Central Procuremenet Board situated at Julius Nyerere Street, Rose-Hill, Republic of Mauritius 6. The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
