Overview | Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution EDB/IFB/2024/152 IFB Reference No: EDB/IFB/2024/152 Description: Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution Procurement Type: Services Published By: Sajjaad Loothfaully IFB Notice: The scope of this project is to implement a CRM system that will enable the capture and management of the complete lifecycle of investor / exporter / stakeholder. The desired tool should be a no-code tool to manage the lifecycle from a contact to lead generation and project management, with the main function of analysing customer data and provide insights to management to better understand market trends and enhance stakeholder experience and devise strategies for better customer experience. The CRM proposed shall ultimately provide the possibility for business intelligence by bringing data collected in unified dashboards. Management requires an at-a-glance snapshot of the performance of the clusters’ and ultimately the organization at large. The CRM will also illustrate in-depth business intelligence in the areas of individual and team performance against KPIs, customer engagement and retention, support levels, profiling, pipeline, etc. An executive dashboard shall display all measures and KPIs in one place to help the Board and management make efficient decisions regarding the strategic plan for the EDB. Besides the right metrics, it is also expected also to present management a console for easy reading, which shall be achieved through: · engaging visuals going beyond Excel spreadsheets styles to summarize essential information and deliver it more effectively · use of colour and structure to direct focus to important information · establishing context with the metrics, for e.g., like comparing metrics month-on-month or reviewing historical performance Implementation of the CRM project will be carried out in a phased manner, focusing on the Real Estate cluster and the Industries cluster in Phase 1. The Real Estate cluster will serve as the basis to gather investment-oriented projects’ data and the Industries cluster will be used for Trade-related data management. In parallel, an event management and marketing component will have to be undertaken.
