Mex-Venue in Tijuana (P) Description PRE SOLICITATION Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional offeror to perform activities related to Venue Services in Tijuana, Mexico, which includes lodging, and rental of conference rooms and AV equipment, for a four-day event in Tijuana, Mexico for 31 attendees from January 28 to January 31, 2025, including lodging days. The selected offeror will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary equipment and facilities as described in the RFQ document that will be published on SAM.gov; including obtaining any local government permits and license to perform the required service, taking into consideration standards that will be mentioned in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers elements listed below, and, if a discrepancy is identified, will be responsible to flag it on in the quotation. All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
