Overview	Province of Overijssel - Market Consultation for the Purpose of Tendering Framework Agreement for Inspection and Measurements of Paving of Provincial Roads The province of Overijssel has approximately 650 km of main carriageways under management and maintenance. There are more than 450 km of cycle paths and approximately 160 km of parallel roads along these main carriageways. The pavements are maintained at CROW basic quality. These pavements are inspected weekly by district inspectors for their usability.holiness. Every year, inspections and measurements are carried out on a large part of these main carriageways to assess the condition of the pavement. This is done every other year for cycle paths and parallel roads, and cycling comfort is also measured. Purpose of the inspection and measurements: •Momentohow the pavement performs compared to CROW basic quality; •Additional information about the condition of the pavement for minor maintenance plans; •Input for the multi-year maintenance task (MJOP), including trend analysis for damage development, risk-driven management and maintenance. The province will soon want moreenter into a framework agreement with a company in recent years. We will put this framework agreement out to tender at a European level. The work that we request annually to date mainly concerns: • Carrying out global visual road inspections (in accordance with CROW 146b) of the main carriageways; • Carrying outglobal visual road inspections (in accordance with CROW 146b) of the parallel roads and cycle paths.
