Full Operational Service Lease gesloten calculatie; 3. softwareoplossing voor inzicht in gebruik van het logistiek rijdend materieel; 4. instructie aan personeel; 5. inzet van machines op basis van shortlease-/ huurcontracten. Van de opdrachtnemer wordt o.a. verwacht dat hij: - Als een partner optreedt richting Stedin en in die rol gevraagd en ongevraagd voorziet in advies met betrekking tot de kosten, duurzaamheid en mogelijke verbeteringen op het gebied van ‘Logistiek rijdend materieel’. - Transparant, flexibel en betrouwbaar is in de uitvoering, aansturing en communicatie gedurende het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden; - Stedin ontzorgt door middel van het efficiënt en effectief inrichten van alle administratieve en financiële handelingen met betrekking tot Logistiek rijdend materieel; - De onderhoudswerkzaamheden op een vakkundige en zo efficiënt mogelijke manier doet uitvoeren, waardoor de machines optimaal inzetbaar zijn; - Het leveren van een vervangende machine indien het onderhoud aan de machine langer dan 48 uur gaat duren; - Advies over af te nemen producten en diensten en gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst geïnformeerd blijven over innovaties en ontwikkelingen in de markt. De Stedin Groep hecht waarde aan kwalitatief uitstekende dienstverlening tegen marktconforme tarieven, waarbij de expertise van de te contracteren leverancier maximaal wordt benut. Indicatie van de omvang van de opdracht De omvang van de totale opdracht (voor beide percelen) wordt geraamd op circa € 760.000,- per jaar, op basis van een raamovereenkomst met een maximale looptijd van 8 jaar komt dat neer op een totale waarde van ~€ 6.100.000 miljoen (perceel 1 ~€ 5.050.000,- en perceel 2 ~€ 1.050.000,-) met een afwijking van +/- 30% (afhankelijk van strategische keuzes).
