| Overview | Concession Achterhoek-Rivierenland 2025-2035 Before you lies the Tender Guidelines associated with the public tender for Public Transport (Public Transport) by Bus, Car and Train in the Achterhoek - Rivierenland concession area (hereinafter: the Concession) including Uitlopers. The Concession starts on December 14, 2025 and has a fixed term of 10 years(until 2035). There is also an extension option of seven one-year periods (total until 2042), making the maximum term of the Concession 17 years. For further elaboration of the scope of the Concession, please refer to the concession decision. On the granting of the Achterhoek concession- Rivierenland, the Passenger Transport Act 2000 (Wp2000) and the Passenger Transport Decree 2000 (BP2000) as well as Regulation (EC) No. 1370 2007 apply. These Tender Guidelines apply as tender regulations within the meaning of Article 50 of the Wp2000. The Aanspending law 2012 not applicable. In this tender, the Concession Provider seeks to comply with the exclusion grounds described in Part 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2012. However, reference to articles from the Public Procurement Act 2012 expressly does not mean that that law applieson this tender. The Concession will be awarded on the basis of the award criterion best price-quality ratio (best PKV).
