Description of the procurement De dienst HRM is georganiseerd vanuit het collega perspectief: de HR-functies waar leidinggevenden en medewerkers direct mee te maken hebben zijn bij elkaar georganiseerd (front-office). Het gaat hier om de HR-Servicedesk, HR-Accountmanagement en HR-Advies. De overige afdelingen zijn ingedeeld op basis van expertise en proces- en administratieve taken (back-office). Dit leidt tot een dienst die bestaat uit de afdelingen: — HR-informatie en advies, — operationele begeleiding en training, — HR-Expertise (arbeidszaken, opleiden en ontwikkelen, veilig en gezond werken), — in-, door- en uitstroom, — HR-administratie. De dienst HRM valt onder het Politiedienstencentrum. De bedrijfsvoering van de Politie – financiën, facilitaire zaken, informatiemanagement, ICT, communicatie en HRM – is landelijk georganiseerd in het Politiedienstencentrum (PDC). Dat ondersteunt het operationele politiewerk 24 uur per dag, zeven dagen per week. Dit doen bedrijfsvoeringsmedewerkers zowel centraal als op locatie in een eenheid. De bedrijfsvoering levert de producten en diensten waaraan de operationele collega’s behoefte hebben. Voor de categorie HRM is de Politie regelmatig op zoek naar professionals, zoals: — HRM adviseurs, — HRM Managers, — arbeidsdeskundigen, — mobiliteitsadviseurs, — coaches, — recruiters. Over 2018 en 2019 is zijn er gemiddeld 42 uitvragen per jaar uitgezet voor de categorie HRM. De Politie is voornemens de categorie te hanteren gedurende een looptijd van vijf jaar, gerekend vanaf 21.3.2020 met een optie tot verlenging van twee maal twaalf maanden. II.2.5.
