Medical Journal System Kvam municipality shall procure a new system for a doctor ´s office. The system shall be a cloud based multitenant SaaS system and generally available on PCs. The EPJ system shall be a flexible work tool that shall cover patient journals, communication, time books and payment at the family doctor ´s office and emergency doctor surgery. The number of fasst doctors' homes is 11, and the solution must have 2 journal bodies - one for gps in the municipality, and one for emergency doctor surgeries (this must be separated from the gp). Licences shall be ordered and cancelled as needed for the contracting authority. The current system shall be converted imported to the offered system, so that relevant data on each patient is available in the offered system. The tenderer will be responsible for this being done. 4 databases shall be merged to 1 joint database for all the doctor's offices in the herad, with the exception of the emergency doctor surgery. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
