Description of the procurement The objective of the restricted tender contest is to establish a dynamic purchasing system for image creating ultrasound apparatus. All interested tenderers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. Only qualified tenderers will be given access to the future tender contest and documentation for the procurement of ultrasound apparatuses. New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the system. The ultrasound apparatuses included in the dynamic purchasing system are divided into the following categories: — general, — cardiology, — gynaecology, obstetrics and urology, — ophthalmology, — hand-held. See the qualification documents for further details. II.2.5. Award criteria Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents II.2.6. The credit rating must be based on updated information from the accounts. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee. Technical and professional ability List and brief description of selection criteria: Tenderers must have adequate technical and professional qualifications, including human and technical resources. Experience from similar assignments. Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: A general description of the tenderer's overall competence areas, and a description of the technical personnel or technical units at the tenderer's disposal for the implementation of the contract. It is vital that the tenderer has/has at his disposal application specialists with competence and capacity in training the users of the ultrasound apparatuses. The tenderer is required to have good experience from similar contracts. Similar contracts are in this context defined as deliveries of ultrasound apparatus for use in renowned European hospitals. Documentation: tenderers must complete the reference form, on the 3 most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including their scope, value, time frame and the Contracting Authority or recipient.
