Market Dialogue - Framework Agreement for Biology Services for the Arts Data Bank Artsdatabanken has a regular need for a broad spectrum of biology and popular science services. In order to make these procurements more efficient and easier, Artsdatabanken plans to collect these services under a joint framework agreement for biologist assistance. The framework agreement can cover: o Species descriptions and category keys in Norwegian. o Descriptions of nature in Norwegian o Quality assurance of species data. o Reports and method development o Taxonomic reviews of organism groups Artsdatabanken invites potential tenderers to a dialogue on how the framework agreement can best be adapted. Central themes we would like dialogue around include — o If the framework agreement is divided in more detail in accordance with, for example, organism groups; o If the evaluation criteria facilitate fair competition; o If the procedure for call-offs mini-competitions is appropriate. o What options for simplifications improvements you see The market dialogue will take place through a digital meeting Wednesday 16 October 0900-1030. The draft of the framework agreement will be sent on the registered at the latest on Friday 11 October. After the meeting, five 30 minute meetings have been set aside with individual tenderers.
