Description: Lofoten IKT is an intermunicipal ICT cooperation between Værøy, Moskenes, Flakstad, Vestvågøy and Vågan municipalities. Where Vågan is the host municipality for the cooperation. Vestvågøy and Vågan municipalities currently have existing internal IP/analogue telephone systems that are ready for execution. Otherwise, all municipalities in the collaboration have individual company network systems for mobile telephones. Due to existing telephony systems, Vestvågøy and Vågan municipalities currently have 2 switchboard variants in each of the municipalities. Other municipalities use switchboard systems connected to their mobile company network systems. All municipalities have one or several queueing systems, connected to the telephony systems. It is here primarily the need for a browser-based softphone solution, which can be used as a minimum on PCs and Chromebook platforms, independent of third-party software. The system should also be able to connect physical IP table apparatus or meeting room apparatus, if special need for this should occur. Any option for sms/messaging services to/from the softphone system must be specified. How possible and/or whether this requires additional services. The system shall also be able to reuse existing number series. The system ought to have standardised APIs that make it possible to integrate with systems where it is possible and desirable to be able to ring, or receive, calls from within the system. These can be EPJ trade systems, service/ticket systems etc. As well as options for integrations with e.g. self-service service square systems etc., the Softphone system must be browser-based and complete cloud-based. EXCHANGE The intermunicipal cooperation also needs a switchboard system that provides an option for future establishment of joint switchboard services for all municipalities in the cooperation. This system must be flexible, so that several levels can be established for the switchboard service - from intermunicipal - with 2 or more of the municipalities, individual municipalities, units and departments, as per the need the cooperation and each municipality may have and get in the future. The switchboard service must provide an option for full automation, through choice menus etc., which make the manned switchboard unnecessary - on one or more levels. The switchboard service must be able to integrate all the existing mobile company network systems that are currently in use in the collaboration, as well as a new softphone/IP telephony system requested. The switchboard service must be able to retrieve user information/attributes of Active Directory/Entra, as well as obtain Exchange/365/Google calendar information for users. So that a minimum of the attributes are presented at switchboard operators: Municipality, Unit/Department, Position, E-mail address and name - as well as real time telephone and calendar status. The switchboard service must be browser-based and fully cloud-based. 2.1.1. It is here primarily the need for a browser-based softphone solution, which can be used as a minimum on PCs and Chromebook platforms, independent of third-party software. The system should also be able to connect physical IP table apparatus or meeting room apparatus, if special need for this should occur. Any option for sms/messaging services to/from the softphone system must be specified. How possible and/or whether this requires additional services. The system shall also be able to reuse existing number series. The system ought to have standardised APIs that make it possible to integrate with systems where it is possible and desirable to be able to ring, or receive, calls from within the system. These can be EPJ trade systems, service/ticket systems etc. As well as options for integrations with e.g. self-service service square systems etc., the Softphone system must be browser-based and complete cloud-based. EXCHANGE The intermunicipal cooperation also needs a switchboard system that provides an option for future establishment of joint switchboard services for all municipalities in the cooperation. This system must be flexible, so that several levels can be established for the switchboard service - from intermunicipal - with 2 or more of the municipalities, individual municipalities, units and departments, as per the need the cooperation and each municipality may have and get in the future. The switchboard service must provide an option for full automation, through choice menus etc., which make the manned switchboard unnecessary - on one or more levels. The switchboard service must be able to integrate all the existing mobile company network systems that are currently in use in the collaboration, as well as a new softphone/IP telephony system requested. The switchboard service must be able to retrieve user information/attributes of Active Directory/Entra, as well as obtain Exchange/365/Google calendar information for users.
