The plant shall be dimensioned for 15 000 population equivalent (pe) and must comply with the requirements for primary treatment. The project is divided in two turnkey contracts. The turnkey contract M1 includes mechanical/process engineering and automation and turnkey contract B1 includes construction engineering works, including HVAC and plumbing as well as electrical installations. This contract (contract M1) involves for the delivery of a complete, operational and turnkey process plant. The contractor shall have the total responsibility for the function and fulfilment of the specified requirements for the delivery, which includes all process engineering work, equipment and machinery from the pump station in the existing treatment facility up to and including the flange for the emission pipeline at the treatment facility's outer wall.
