Within fire engineering, there is a need for a RIBr that delivers fire engineering design services and control, as well as a need to assist the Norwegian Parliament in the organisational fire protection work. Furthermore, RIBr shall also assist with technical fire engineering design services and inspections, as well as the preparation of technical fire risk analyses, maintenance of fire drawings and escape routes etc. The Norwegian Parliament also needs consultancy services for environmental work in the property field. The Norwegian Parliament aims at implementing environmentally friendly property management, building development and property management. The Norwegian Parliament will reduce its climate and environmental footprint as a result of purchased goods and services, reduce energy use, contribute to circular economy and increase the degree of re-use. RIM shall enter into the Norwegian Parliament ́s environmental goals and be able to contribute to the preparation of an environment programme and environmental monitoring plans.
