The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS - SULTAN KUDARAT 1st DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, intends to apply the sum of Php 44,100,031.49 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25MF0002 – Preventive Maintenance of Road:Asphalt Overlay - Kidapawan - Allah Junction Rd - K1672 + 938 - K1673 + 393, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
