The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety One Pesos & 08/100 Only (Php 2,468,491.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY (LEVEL III) (SOLAR DRIVEN) @ Side II, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY (LEVEL III) (SOLAR DRIVEN) @ Side II, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under LGSF-GEF FY 2023. Completion of the Works is required by 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
