Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2 The Provincial Government of Davao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement of Goods, to wit: LOT NO. : 3 BID NO. : B20242419 PR NO. : 2024052893 DESCRIPTION : Procurement of 3 units Brand New 4x2 4.5 CBM Dump Truck Euro 4 for the use of Provincial Government of Davao del Norte ABC : 7,200,000.00 BID DOCS RATE : ₱10,000.00 3 The prospective bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
