INVITATION TO BID PR NO. 2024-06-0518 – FOOD AND CATERING SERVICES FOR THE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES OF IMDC, OVP-AQA, PRODUCTION AND BSP 1. The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus, using a single-year for a duration of 12 months Framework Agreement, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 511,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PR No. 2024-06-0518 – Food and Catering Services for the Different Activities of IMDC, OVP-AQA, Production and BSP. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 2. The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus now invites bids for PR No. 2024-06-0518 – Food and Catering Services for the Different Activities of IMDC, OVP-AQA, Production and BSP. Delivery of the Goods is required As scheduled in the Notice of Meeting to be furnished by the respective office. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. a. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Bohol Island State University - Main Campus and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on June 11 – July 3, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person or through electronic means. 6. The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 11:30 AM of June 19, 2024 at Business Center and/or through video conferencing via google meet link https://meet.google.com/syq-dqsn-bsg which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before July 3, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 9. Bid opening shall be 10:00 AM of July 3, 2024 at the given address below.
