Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSOLIDATED OFFICE EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR THE UPGRADE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS OFFICES IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PATEROS FOR CY 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of Pateros now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS upon receipt of NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Mezzanine, Municipal Hall Building, G. De Borja Street, Barangay Aguho, Pateros Metro Manila and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given above during July 4-19, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 4-19, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from the given address above in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) non-refundable. 6.The Municipality of Pateros will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 12, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at DRRM Conference Hall Mezzanine Floor, Municipal Hall, G. De Borja Street, Barangay Aguho, Pateros Metro Manila which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on manual submission at the office address as stated, on or before July 25, 2024, 1:00 p. m. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CASH OR MANAGER’S CHEQUE payable to MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS in the amount stated in ITB Clause. 9.All bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address stated. 10.Bid opening shall be on July 25, 2024, 1:30 p. m at Mayor’s Conference Hall 3/F, Municipal Hall Building, G.
