Acceptance of near expiry medicines will depend on the need of the Pharmacy Section, the requesting unit/department and the approval of the Materials Management Section Head. - Pharmacy Section will have the option to retain 3 months projection of near expiry medicines if no longer expiry is available. In the event that supplier fails to pull-out expired items three (3) months prior to date of expiry, it will automatically considered as pulled-out and will be reflected as deduction from the supplier’s account. All suppliers to attach return policy even for more than 36-month expiry. - Supplier must provide FDA License to Operate (LTO) as Drug Wholesaler, Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), and Certificate of Sub-Distributorship from the manufacturer or distributor whose company appears in the CPR.
