Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS from the signing of the Purchase Order. Bidder/s should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 3. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN FRANCISCO, through the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) intends to have a discretionary/optional conduct of the PRE-BID CONFERENCE to all interested Bidders. 4.
