Outlay 2022 Motor Vehicles - has appropriated the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (Php4,000,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Purchase of Brand New Pick-Up for BFP Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the Purchase of Brand New Pick-Up for BFP Use. Delivery of goods is required (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and or NTP. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty (60%) percent interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
