The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE, through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND 31 100 ONLY (PhP499,815.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF HANGING BRIDGE (PHASE II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 45 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
