The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE EQUIPMENTS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days effective upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders. The Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” as specified in the Amended Implementing Rules and Regulations (A-IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. The bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
