The BARANGAY TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION PESOS (P 17,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The BARANGAY TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II(Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Office of the BAC, BARANGAY HALL OFFICE OF BARANGAY TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from Monday to Friday at 8:00AMto 5:00PM. 5.
