The City of Caloocan, using a Framework Agreement, through the General Fund of the 2024 Annual Executive Budget under the Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1055 s. 2023 , intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand Pesos (₱2,881,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Re-Bidding Of Procurement Of Bus Rental For Orientation-Workshop, Program Review And Evaluation Workshop And Training For Various Offices Of The City Government Of Caloocan (Subject To Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for Re-Bidding Of Procurement Of Bus Rental For Orientation-Workshop, Program Review And Evaluation Workshop And Training For Various Offices Of The City Government Of Caloocan (Subject To Framework Agreement). Delivery of goods is required within the period specified on the call-off from the date of receipt thereof. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, or Organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. 5.
