The Municipality of Sarangani, through realignment no. 1 series of 2024(70% MDRRM) Fund Calendar Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for PROCUREMENT OF GOODS STOCKPILING SARANGANI , DAVAO OCCIDENTAL. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform proprietorship Act sole . Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock nets at the address given below from 9:00Am – 5:00PM Monday to Friday. 2.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from October 24 , 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of equivalent to 0.1% of the ABC.
