Bids Receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.The Municipal Government of Manaoag, Pangasinan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The period of delivery required is Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act RA 9184. 3.Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Manaoag, Pangasinan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from October 23, 2024 to November 12, 2024 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday and up to November 13, 2024 9:00AM only. 4.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 23, 2024 to November 13, 2024 from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00).
