The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2021 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 210,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ACCOMODATION AND TRAINING FOR PIMAM, GAD PLANNING AND BUDGETING, GAD FOCAL POINT SYSTEM AND ORIENTATION FOR BGAD (MHO-GAD & MSWDO-GAD), 2024-005-052-GDS-NPTFB-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, we invite legally, technically and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO on subject requirement. Please submit your eligibility and technical documents (as per attached Checklist of Requirements for Bidders) in sealed envelopes marked “ACCOMODATION AND TRAINING FOR PIMAM, GAD PLANNING AND BUDGETING, GAD FOCAL POINT SYSTEM AND ORIENTATION FOR BGAD (MHO-GAD & MSWDO-GAD)” time stamped not later than 8:30 A.M., on the 11th day of JULY, 2024. 3. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. (i) Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO at the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Mondays to Fridays. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below, FREE OF CHARGE. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity. 7. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO will hold a Negotiation on JULY 11, 2024 9:00 A.M. at LIGA Office Conference Room, LIGA Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg.,Baao, Camarines Sur, which shall be open to prospective bidders. To ensure completeness and compliance of bids, bidders are advised to send not more than two (2) technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bidding documents. 8. Final offers must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the BAC Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Del Rosario, Baao, Camarines Sur on or before JULY 11, 2024 8:30 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on JULY 11, 2024, 9:00 A.M. at the LIGA Office Conference Room, LIGA Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg.,Baao, Camarines Sur.
