Delivery of the Goods are required within (7) calendar days, for ABC of 1 million below (15) calendar days for ABC of 1 million and up, and (30) calendar days for ABC of 2 million up from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Projects. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 3.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from PCADG BAC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 4.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from September 12, 2024, to October 3, 2024, from the given address and email below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount indicated above. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means. 5.The PCADG BAC will hold pre-procurement and pre-bid activities on September 11, 2024, at 1:00 PM and September 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM respectively at PCADG Conference Room, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City. 6.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below starting October 2, 2024, from 8:00 AM up to October 3, 2024, at 8:55 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. 8.Bid Opening shall be on October 3, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the PCADG Conference Room, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
