To be eligible to bid for the above-stated Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen or 60% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation; (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to ABC.
