The DPWH, Negros Oriental 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 9,900,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (BIP)-ACCESS ROADS AND/OR BRIDGES FROM THE NATIONAL ROAD/S LEADING TO MAJOR/STRATEGIC PUBLIC BUILDINGS/FACILITIES - BRGY. Completion of the Works is required 86 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
