Educational Background: The provider must have a master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. A valid and current license to practice psychology or counseling is required. 2. Experience: Demonstrated experience in administering psychological assessments, evaluating personality profiles, and conducting psychotherapy sessions with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant clinical experience is preferred. 3. Expertise in Counseling and Therapy: Proven ability to provide both individual and group counseling sessions, including proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and teaching approaches seminars. Experience in addressing a wide range of psychological issues and implementing evidence-based interventions is essential. 4. Record-Keeping Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed and confidential records of all interactions with trainees. Familiarity with electronic record�keeping systems and adherence to ethical guidelines regarding client confidentiality is required. 5. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams within the CPWD, including psychologists, counselors, social workers, and vocational trainers. Experience in participating in team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning sessions. 6. Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress updates to CPWD staff and stakeholders. Ability to provide regular reports on the outcomes of counseling services and make recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed. 7. Commitment to Inclusive Practices: Demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusivity, respecting diversity, and advocating for the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. Knowledge of disability rights frameworks and best practices in disability�related services. 8. Professionalism and Ethics: Adherence to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct in psychology and counseling practice. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of disability services. 9. Has Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) membership and registration. EXPECTED OUTPUT AND DELIVERABLES: 1. Comprehensive Psychological Assessments: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and psychological profiles of trainees at the Center for Persons with Disabilities (CPWD). 2. Counseling Services: Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address the emotional and psychological needs of trainees, offering strategies for coping and support. 3. Behavioral Therapy: Implementing behavioral therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific behavioral challenges and promoting positive coping mechanisms among trainees. 4. Psychoeducation: Conducting seminars and sessions to educate trainees and staff on psychological topics, teaching approaches, and strategies for managing mental health. 5. Progress Reports: Maintaining detailed and confidential records of interactions and progress, and providing regular updates and reports to CPWD on the outcomes of assessments and counseling services.
