The Municipality of Palo, through the General Fund approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos & 39/100 (P 3,999,608.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Secnd Floor Municipal Building, San Salvador St., Brgy. Buri, Palo, Leyte with PR No. 24-10-810. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Palo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Buri, Palo, Leyte on or before Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 10:00 in the morning. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9.
