The Alternative Method of Procurement of Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 shall be employed. LOT DESCRIPTION QTY ABC 1 Coil Spring 1 LOT PhP 995,515.50 Minimum Specifications: Bidders shall comply with the Technical Specifications indicated in Attachment 1. The descriptions of the lots shall be as indicated in Attachment 1. Delivery Schedule: Within 90 Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order Delivery Place: PNR Caloocan Workshop Please submit your price quotation using the Price Quotation Form (Form No. 1) for the above-mentioned project together with the following documents on or before 25 October 2024 at 10:00 am at 3rd Floor PNR Executive Building, Mayhaligue Street, Tondo, Manila.
