The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through General Fund CY-2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Six Pesos and Seventy Five Centavos Only (₱869,326.75) being the Approved Budget Contract to payments under the contract for "Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot Agricultural Supplies and Other Materials for PVO, Provincial Zoo, BENRO and PAGRO”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by 45 Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project(s). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184. a. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA no. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Bukidnon-Provincial Governor’s Office-Bids & Awards Committee (PGO-BAC) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5. A complete set of Bidding Document may be acquired by the interested Bidders on October 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024 from the given address and websites below upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of 1,000.00. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the websites given below. The procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, facsimile or through electronic means. 6. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 7.
