The Bids & Awards Committee through the City Fund/LBP Loan intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY MILLION PESOS (P270,000,000.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Infirmary, Brgy. Tinampa-an, Cadiz City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bids & Awards Committee now invites bids for “Construction of Infirmary, Brgy. Tinampa-an, Cadiz City”. Completion of the Works is required Six Hundred Sixty Seven (667) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
