However, if there are not enough small session rooms, available plenary halls shall be rearranged into break-out rooms 2 meters apart from each group. * Availability of projector and screen for each group or break-out rooms. * Availability of 12 extension wires * Table set up round table or rectangular * Free Flowing coffee, tea and water *** I. IN-HOUSE MEALS a. First Meal on Day 0: Dinner b. Last Meal on Day 5: PM Snacks NOTE Meals : (served with flowing water, tea, coffee - with creamer, milk, and sugar) -in house best seller menu -assisted buffet (4 stations) -at least 2 personnel to serve per food station -choices of beef, fish, chicken, pork and vegetables and local product meals -meals & fish should be fresh -palatable and of good quality and sufficient for the participants -SNACKS - choice of cake, kakanin, pancit, fruits, turon with langka or the best seller snacks (local products) -To serve on time (9:30 am for AM snacks, 12:00 noon for lunch and 3;00 PM for snacks) -Lunch is served hot with complete condiments -Breakfast (choice of american and filipino breakfast meals-always with vegetables) **II. ACCOMMODATION -Air-conditioned rooms with hot shower bathroom/CR inside (221 persons) -With complete room amenities (blankets, towels, toiletries, mineral water) -Well ventilated -Strong internet connectivity in the rooms ** III. TRAINING HALL -Can accommodate 221 persons for the plenary session. -With tables and chairs, separate table for registration -Complete amenities (LCD, functional microphones, strong sound system, strong internet connectivity) -With stage and podium -Well ventilated -At least with a stable internet connection for 221 participants for the purpose of evaluation every 4:00 - 6:00 pm ** IV.
