The services shall be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Acceptance Letter/Purchase Order to PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City. Lot Description Duration ABC 1 Backup Server Maintenance Renewal (Rebid) One (1) Year 32,928.00 2 Windows Server Hardware Maintenance (Rebid) 34,248.00 3 Lease of Colored Printers 540,000.00 PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Proposals may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph/ esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before May 28, 2024, not later than 5:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted. Bidders are also required to submit photocopies of the following documents during the bid submission: • Current and Valid Mayor’s Permit • PhilGEPS Registration Number (Red Membership) • Latest Business/Income Tax Returns • Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form), accompanied by the duly notarized Special Power of Attorney, Board/Partnership Resolution, or Secretary’s Certificate, whichever is applicable • Other appropriate licenses and permits as required by law or as stated in the Technical Specifications PNOC EC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the bidding process, and to reject any and all proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
