The LGU - Dingle, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos Only (₱10,332,873.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement/Development of Municipal Plaza Phase IV, Brgy. Poblacion, Dingle Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. 2. The LGU - Dingle through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement/Development of Municipal Plaza Phase IV, Brgy. Poblacion, Dingle Iloilo. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at Bids and Awards Committee Office from 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from October 15- October 28, 2024 from the address below upon submission of Letter of Intent, Eligibility Requirements and payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱25,000.00). 5. The LGU- Dingle will hold a Pre- Bid Conference on October 15, 2024, at 2:00 0’clock in the afternoon at the Bids and Awards Committee Office, BM Rufino A. Palabrica Jr. Hall, Dalipe St., Dingle, Iloilo which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 29, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Cash, Cashier’s/Manager’s Check, bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a Commercial Bank which is 2% of ABC or Surety Bond which is 5% of ABC or a Bid Securing Declaration. Bid opening shall be on October 29, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at the Bids and Awards Committee Office, BM Rufino A. Palabrica Jr. Hall, Dalipe St., Dingle, Iloilo. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ Representative who chooses to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.
