The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) 59,676.00 2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the required tax obligations; 3. Submission of bids through sealed envelope handed in personally or through registered courier. When: On or before 9:00 am of October 11, 2024 Where: Quotation Drop Box, BAC Office, 2nd Floor of ESSU-Salcedo Admin Building 4. Opening of submitted RFQs: When: Exactly 10:00 am of October 11, 2024 Where: BAC Office, 2nd Floor of ESSU Salcedo Admin Building 5. Evaluation of bids shall be conducted on a "per item basis". 6. Delivery period is 10 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) Purchase Order (PO). 7. If awarded the contract, processing of payment shall be made within five (5) working days upon receipt of Billing Request; 8. Refusal to accept an award may be ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184 9.
