Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project, the value of which is at least equivalent to 50% of the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) and completed within the last two (2) years. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The Bidding Documents will be available to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount per R.A.9184 to the cashier of the Provincial Treasurer’s Office of Camiguin, in cash and/or manager’s/cashier’s check issued by a reputable bank. Purchase of the Bidding Documents is a must to prioritize the supplier’s attendance to the Pre-bid Conference; attendance is mandatory to hear the special instructions pertinent to this transaction. All Bids must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Bond in the amount specified in the Bidding Documents which may either be in the form of cash, cashier’s/manager’s check, bank guarantee/draft issued by a universal/commercial bank, or surety bond which must be accompanied by a certification from the Insurance Commission that the surety or insurance company is authorized to issue such security and must be received by the BAC within the scheduled date specified above.
