The PSA RSSO 03 through Sub-ARO No. 03-2024-101101-71 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP 3,130,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement, Supply and Delivery of Enumerator-s Bag for the conduct of the 2024 Integrated POPCEN-CBMS Operation PB-2024-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. 2. The PSA RSSO 03 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20-30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
