SAN FRANCISCO 300,000.00 20% DF 500.00 INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS: 1. All interested Suppliers/Contractors shall submit personally their Expression of Interest including authenticated copies of their business registration and licenses on JULY 2-9, 2024 at the BAC Office located at Municipal Budget Office, 2nd Flr., Municipal Building, Talisay, Camarines Norte. Only the Supplier/Contractor or his/her duly authorized representative shall be allowed to transact business in this office. Submission of Interest through mail will not be considered. 2. Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on JULY 2, 2024 to JULY 17, 2024; until 9:00am, upon payment of the corresponding cost thereof to the Collecting/Disbursing Officer of the Procuring Entity. 3. Submission and Receipt of Bids for the contract is on or before July 17, 2024; 10:00AM at the above-mentioned address and shall be received by the BAC Chairman or BAC Secretariat. Late bids shall not be accepted. 4. Sealed bids must be accompanied by Bid Security payable at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. Cash, Cashier’s/Manager’s Check, Bid Securing Declaration, Surety Bond, Bank Draft/Guarantee, confirmed by a Universal or Commercial Bank—2% of the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) in which, the winning bidder shall be issued a corresponding Official Receipt, while the bond of the losing bidder shall be returned after the issuance of award of contract to the winning bidder. 5. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. 6. BID OPENING will be on July 17, 2024; 10:00AM at the BAC Conference Room, 3rd Flr., Municipal Building, Talisay, Camarines Norte. 7. The procurement activities shall be governed by the Revised IRR of RA 9184. 8. The BAC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract, at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
