The Barangay Government of Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu through the sources of fund from 20% Development Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the amount of Eighty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four Pesos & 00/100 (₱82,464.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Procurement of Materials for Installation of Water Pipe Hose @ Sitio Combado to Libertad, Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu. Name of Project: Procurement of Materials for Installation of Water Pipe Hose @ Sitio Combado to Libertad Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱ 82,464.00 Source of Fund: 20% Development Fund 2024 Bid Documents Fee: ₱ 500.00 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu now invites bids for the Procurement of Materials for Installation of Water Pipe Hose @ Sitio Combado to Libertad. Delivery of the goods shall be at least ten (10) days upon receipt of Notice of Award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the open competitive bidding procedures using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Government of Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours: from 8:00AM to 12:00NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested Bidders from the BAC Secretariat starting July 4, 2024 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, in the amount pursuant to the Schedule from the address below. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 17, 2024, 9:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on July 17, 2024, 10:00 AM, at the Barangay Session Hall, Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7. The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished eligibility and technical documents in the bid box marked with “eligibility documents” and financial proposals in the bid box marked with “financial documents/proposals located at the above-mentioned address, in properly sealed and marked envelopes (one original and two duplicate copies) as specified in Clause 20 of Instruction to Bidders.
