The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, Through MHO Funds CY 2024 intends to apply the sum Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php55,800.00) Only. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Negotiated-Purchase of Laboratory Supply. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the good/services contemplated in this project and as indicated in the schedule of Requirements and the table Technical. Specification indicated in the bidding documents Expected Completion of delivery of the goods/services is within ten (7) Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 3. Prospective bidders should have completed within a period of at least two (2) years similar contract to the project and the total of the aggregated contract amount should be equivalent to at least Fifty Percent (50%) of the ABC; and the largest of these similar contract must be equivalent to at a least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00 am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 3, 2024 to July 9, 2024 from the address indicated in the next page and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Php500.00 Only Note: For lot procurement, the maximum fee for the Bidding Documents for each lot shall be based on its ABC, in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the GPPB; provided that the total fees for the Bidding Documents of all lots shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the Guidelines for the sum of the ABC of all lots.}. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7.
