The Contractor’s eligibility to bid on the project will be determined using the DPWH Contractor Profile Eligibility Process (CPEP) and subject to further post-qualification. The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract pursuant to GPPB Circular 06-2019 dated July 17, 2019 (Guidelines on the Implementation of Early Procurement Activities) in relation to the provisions of the Republic Act 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification. 4.
