Apokon, Tagum City. • Deadline of Submission of Bids November 18, 2024, 5:00 PM at BAC Conference Room, BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor Tagum City Hall, Brgy. Apokon, Tagum City. • Opening of Bids November 19, 2024, 9:00 AM at BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor City Hall Bldg., JV Ayala Ave., Brgy. Apokon, Tagum City. 1. In order to qualify for participation in the public bidding, bidders should conform to all eligibility requirements as prescribed by the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 9184. 2. All interested bidders are strictly enjoined to attend the pre-bid conference and participate in the discussion. Those bidders who are interested to buy and secure the bid documents, but fail to participate in the pre-bid conference, shall first secure a copy of the minutes of the said pre-bid conference; Moreover, interested bidders are likewise enjoined to attend the bid opening (BAC Resolution No.11, s-2023). 3. The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Bidding documents on October 25, 2024 to November 15, 2024 until 5:00 PM at BAC Office, located at the 3rd floor of Tagum City Hall upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00). 4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security may be in the form of Bid Securing Declaration or in any allowable form and must be dropped in the bid box on November 18, 2024 until 5:00 PM. 5. The Bids and Awards Committee a.) Reserves the right to reject any or all bids; b.) Waive any defect or formality; c.) Declare failure of bidding if there is prima facie evidence of any prohibited act which restricts, suppresses or nullifies any or all bidding procedures to the disadvantage of the government; d.) Assumes no obligation whatsoever to indemnify the bidder(s) for any expense that they may incur in the preparation of their bids; and e.) to accept only such bid(s) established to be the most advantageous to the government.
