The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 55,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the promotional materials for the conduct of Survey of Retail Prices of Commodities for Consumer Price Index for Establishments in the Province of Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted. 2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on Delivery of Promotional Materials within the period 2021 to 2023 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC. 3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement. 4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from 23 to 25 October 2024 at the address given below during office hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
