DELIVERY PERIOD: 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. 4. The price s quoted must include all kinds of taxes and other charges. 5. Late Quotation s will not be accepted and Quotation s sent thru e-mail will not be entertained. 6. Award of contract shall be made to the bidder supplier with TOTAL LOWEST RESPONSIVE QUOTATION that complies with all the requirements hereof. 7. a.) Mayor-s Business Permit, b.)
