The DPWH Regional Office VIII, Baras, Palo, Leyte, through GAA FY-2024 intends to apply the sum indicated hereunder being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following procurement project/s. Mercedes Cawayan Road, Silago, Southern Leyte Contract ID : 24I00212 Contract Location : Southern Leyte, Sub-DEO Project Description/Scope of Work : CW1 – Road Concreting of 0.7 Lane Km. Concrete Road, with 2.50 m. width, 0.20 m. thk. CW2 – Rectangular Line Canal, CHB, 488 L.M. CW3 – Stone Masonry, 1,114.17 Sq.M. Major Category of Works : RCP – Roads: Construction – PCCP Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : ₱9,899,516.68 Contract Duration : 99 Calendar Days Cost of Bidding Documents : Php 10,000.00 1. The DPWH Regional Office VIII, Baras, Palo, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project/s. Completion of the Works is required based on the above-stated contract duration. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 3.
